The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to J. Minnis Design Studio. The term “Site” refers to jminnisdesigns.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and other users of the site.
This website provides information and access to downloadable digital quilt patterns sold via Etsy and printed quilt patterns available exclusively to wholesale buyers (the “Service”).
Use of jminnisdesigns.com, including all materials and services presented, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
USE OF THE SITE
To access or use this Site, you must be 18 years or older and have the power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the Site. Information provided on the Site is subject to change without notice.
WHOLESALE ACCESS
Wholesale printed patterns and templates are only available to retailers. Access to wholesale pricing and order placement requires account registration. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our sole discretion.
DIGITAL PATTERNS VIA ETSY
All retail sales of downloadable PDF patterns are processed through Etsy. By purchasing digital patterns, you agree to Etsy’s Terms of Use and Refund Policies in addition to our own.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm any wholesale order placements, including shipping and fulfillment details. If there is an error in the confirmation email, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All digital pattern purchases via Etsy are non-refundable.
Wholesale orders of printed patterns and templates are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof, and we will work with you to replace the damaged items or issue a refund where appropriate.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to describe our patterns and templates as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site or Etsy listings are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All patterns and content on the Site are the property of J. Minnis Design Studio. You may not duplicate, share, reproduce, or resell any part of the patterns or templates in any form without express written permission. Wholesale buyers may sell printed patterns and templates only as finished products or as-is through approved retail channels.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Etsy). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy policies of any third-party websites.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages of any kind resulting from your use of the Site or any product purchased, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in St. Clair County,Michigan.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
